ONCE YOUR APPOINTMENT IS MADE:
- Complete Patient Registration information.
- Bring your insurance card and photo ID when you come to your appointment
Regular appointments may be made from 8:15 a.m. to 11:15 a.m. in the morning, and from 1:15 to 4:15 in the afternoon.
In order to improve the security of our staff and patients, West Houston Dermatology will no longer accept cash payments. We are happy to accept credit cards, debit cards and checks with the proper identification. Thank you for your cooperation in helping us to serve you better.
